All of our items are produced on demand to ensure the best possible quality. Because of this, it can take up to 2 to 7 business days for your order to be ready to be shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at this point.

Estimated shipping time as it may change depend on your country and it can take up to 7 to 21 business days for your order to reach you.

We are working hard to meet our shipping estimation time to deliver your order, we appreciate allowing a few more days to receive your shipment. feel free to contact us on info@tshirtey.com to check and update you with your order status.

If the order has not been sent to production yet, it can be canceled, as well as edited by sending us at info@tshirtey.com

If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the print provider, and they may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge.

Nevertheless, our support team will reach out to the print provider and attempt to cancel the order for a refund.

Orders are sent to production after payment is received. Each Print Provider has a unique daily cutoff time. Daily cutoff time refers to a period during the day when orders stop being processed. If an order is received before the daily cutoff time, it will go into production. Orders submitted after the daily cutoff time will be produced the following day.

In general however, our providers can ship to the following locations.

Reasons for orders being in production longer than usual could include:


1- The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered in. (If the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us.)

2- The order did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure  that only the highest-quality product is shipped out.

3-If there is an issue with an item in the order, the whole order will be delayed.

4- Large orders of 12 items or more may take additional production time.

After the payment is received and the fulfilment of the order is done by our provider. You will be receiving and email with the tracking information
